PURCHASES

Under no circumstances do we acknowledge a purchase contract until you have received an order confirmation and an item dispatch email from us. The order confirmation email verifies that you have made an offer to purchase goods from our website. If we discover any errors in your order or have any queries regarding the information you provide to us (name, email, shipping address, billing address and phone number) then we will notify you as soon as possible via email or telephone. If we do suspect misinformation and need to contact you this could delay the dispatch time of your purchased goods.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

We will never dispatch an order until it has been paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost in full. Payment will be collected through our chosen payment provider.

Purchases made through Fordies website are non-transferable. All prices found on the website include VAT at the current UK rate. We reserve the right to change the price of any product(s) at any time, without prior notice.

Fordies reserves the right to create, amend and withdraw a discount on any product(s) at any time.

DELIVERY

Our brownies are perishable goods and do have a sell by date. We ensure that your brownies are fresh and ready to consume when they are dispatched from our kitchen. Please note we currently use Hermes as our delivery partner and as such offer you delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. We are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our kitchen and we have sent shipping confirmation. We do not accept refunds relating to any products purchased on our website. If you have a concern or query we will endeavour to rectify this according to the policies found herewith, however, if there is an issue with the delivery of your goods you should contact the delivery partner at first instance. Fordies will try to rectify any issues with our delivery partner on your behalf, but cannot guarantee the issue can be rectified.

Fordies ensure your brownies are packaged with care and precision to withstand transit to your chosen address. Fordies can take no responsibility for damaged goods once they are dispatched from our kitchen and upon transit with our delivery partner.

NUTRITIONAL & ALLERGEN INFORMATION

By placing this order you agree that you have read all nutritional and allergen information about the products you are purchasing on our website and if you have not found the required information on our website, you have contacted info@fordiesonline.com for clarification. If you have any allergies including, but not limited to, a NUT, DAIRY, SOYA or WHEAT allergy, you have made the Fordies team aware of this before purchasing any of our products. You agree that Fordies has no responsibility and is not liable to any claim made against them (or any person relating to the Fordies entity) if a customer (or any of the customers associates) experience any allergic reaction to any of our products which leads to any form of illness, hospitalisation or death. You agree to take all responsibility if any allergic reaction were to take place after consuming any Fordies product.
